When I’m not photographing a wedding, my other favorite activity is to explore the world.
Six years ago I met, in the middle of the Bolivian desert, a couple in their fifties who had travelled around the world for 7 years. One of their favorite journeys was Namibia. They told me about their experience. I kept this story in mind and promised myself that one day I would go and discover this country.
Finally last autumn,my dream came true. I decided to take this road trip with my great travel friend. We rented a 4WD equipped with a tent on the roof to discover this desert country. We did not plan any itinerary, we simply let ourselves be guided by the splendour of the landscape. We traveled 5000 km in 3 weeks, and crossed 3 borders because one of our dreams was to see the famous Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe
